Your health care needs are satisfied in Chanute with the Neosho Memorial Regional Medical Center (NMRMC), which served 27,613 patients in 2005 with comprehensive inpatient, outpatient and emergency services plus a state-of-the-art Rehabilitation and Fitness Center. In 2006, NMRMC broke ground on a $20 million hospital expansion project that will be completed in late 2009. EagleMed, the first Type 1 Air Ambulance in the state of Kansas, is stationed at our own Martin Johnson Municipal Airport.
