Learn about Alpha-Gal Syndrome, nutrition strategies, and tips and tricks with K-State Nutrition and Wellness Specialist Dr. Priscilla Brenes and Beckie Manahan, NMRMC Physician Assistant. This free community program is for anyone diagnosed with Alpha-Gal, supports someone with AGS, or is simply interested in learning more. The event will also feature Cosby’s Elevated Eats with AGS friendly appetizers and time to visit with others dealing with AGS.
